6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at exchanges@asiatechshop.com and send your item to the address we provide.
8. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to the return address provided by our support team during the returns process. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.
9. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
